What you get for the price

This is at the expensive end of greens powders, so it's fair to ask what separates it. Two things mainly: the ingredient count is high, and it includes protein and a multivitamin profile, so it's closer to a meal-adjacent formula than a scoop of dried grass.

Whether that's worth it depends on what it replaces. If it stands in for a separate multivitamin, protein powder and greens product, the arithmetic looks better. If you're adding it on top of all three, you're paying twice for the same nutrients.

Taste, since nobody mentions it

Greens powders taste like greens. Blending with fruit and a liquid you like makes a large difference compared with shaking it into plain water. If you've bounced off a greens powder before, that's usually why.

What it isn't

A greens powder is not a substitute for eating vegetables. It's a supplement to a diet, and anything promising otherwise is selling. Fiber content in these products is generally well below what you'd get from actual produce.

Using it

One serving daily, blended. Start with half a scoop for the first few days if your digestion is sensitive, since a full serving of a dense formula is a lot to introduce at once.

Check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. There's a lot in here, and interactions are more plausible with a formula this broad than with a single ingredient.
