This is the calcium version of the well-known Natural Calm drink mix. You stir a scoop into water, watch it fizz, and drink it. The formula pairs magnesium with calcium, plus a little vitamin C, vitamin D, potassium, and boron, in a powder that mixes into an ionic magnesium citrate when it hits water. It comes Unflavored or as a lightly sweetened Raspberry Lemon, in 8-ounce and 16-ounce sizes.

How to drink it
Start with one teaspoon, stir into a few ounces of water, and let it fizz before you sip. From there you can build up to one and a half teaspoons twice a day. The Unflavored version is genuinely plain, so it works in plain water or mixed into something else. The Raspberry Lemon is sweetened with stevia rather than sugar. Both are vegetarian, non-GMO, gluten free, and made without added sugar or artificial colors.
