Isolate versus full spectrum

Isolate means CBD on its own, with everything else from the hemp plant removed. No THC at all, not merely trace amounts. That's the reason to choose it: drug testing, sensitivity to THC, or simply not wanting it.

The trade-off is real and worth stating. Full spectrum products keep the other hemp compounds, and many people find they work better as a result. If neither drug testing nor THC sensitivity applies to you, full spectrum is worth trying first. We stock both.

Choosing a strength

People search for a specific milligram figure, so: check the bottle size against the total CBD to work out the per-dropper amount. A higher total in the same size bottle means more CBD per serving, not more servings.

Start at the lower end and increase over a week or two. Taking more than you need is the most common and most expensive mistake with CBD oil.

How to take it

Under the tongue, held there for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing. Holding it matters. Oil swallowed straight away goes through your digestive system instead, which is slower and less efficient. It's in an MCT oil carrier, which is the standard choice.
